To provide administrative and customer service support with the following responsibilities:
General administrative duties in the management of client accounts and general office duties including answering of phones, courier requests, meeting bookings/set ups, etc.
Responding to client communications in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain exceptional customer service to our existing and new clients – Meet and exceed monthly sales targets – Cold calls to all customers
Preparing emails and documents and managing periodic emails/mailings to existing and potential clients
Perform other administrative and customer service tasks as required
Successfully complete daily tasks effectively in an appropriate amount of time.
Completion of Grade XII or recognized equivalent, Completion of Post-Secondary education preferred
Good organizational and time management skills required
Good interpersonal and communication skills required
Very accurate data entry skills required
Ability to perform routine work independently required.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment Accurate with excellent attention to detail
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word 2007
