Sales Representative/Cold Calling Specialist

DeBorz is currently looking to hire a Sales Representative/Cold Calling Specialist to source clients and help with business development. If you have any background in sales, business development and cold calling then this could be a role for you. We are looking for a proactive individual with lots of energy, dynamic, driven, extravert personality, technology savvy and love to talk on the phone. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, enjoys doing cold calling, networking and working in a competitive, fast-paced environment. In addition, the individual must have the ability to handle objections and negative responses/comments from clients. This position gives the opportunity to build and manage relationships with clients as well as network with clients and business professionals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use effective strategy to proactively source clients in various industries and generate referrals
• Develop new business by sourcing and persuading companies to do business with our company
• Research and generate new leads through networking and online research
• Build and manage relationships with clients, including senior level managers and executives
• Review and understand client requirements to determine appropriate cold calling strategy
• Find new clients through conducting up to 100 outbound phone calls per day
• Utilizing various cold calling strategies and techniques, and asking the right questions to identify companies that are open and willing to use a recruitment agency to fill roles
• Follow-up with prospects and clients through emails and phone calls
• Timely written and verbal communication with new and existing clients
• Attend relevant networking events, job fairs, trade shows and conferences to attract and source clients
• Keep informed with current news, market conditions and social media trends that could affect sales efforts and business development

Qualifications and Experience
• 1-2 years of sales, marketing or business experience
• 1-2 years of cold calling and generating leads experience
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial systems
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be open and able to handle objections and negative comments
• Must be an exceptional relationship builder
• Must have a resilient sales personality and strong customer service skills
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to make 100+ phone calls per day
• Must have the ability to talk to people without a script and can comfortably engage prospects
• Organized, attention to details and proven ability to multi-task
• Proactive, energetic and self-starter
• Ability to effectively work on teams
• Approachable, great work attitude and a personality that thrives in a friendly environment
• Outstanding problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards
• Enthusiastic learner with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
